About us

We are first line medical practitioners, therefore a referral is not required. We are trained to assess and develop a treatment plan specific to you.

Our team of experienced physiotherapists will review appropriate medical records ,listen to your history and reasons for seeking treatment. We will ask you questions and perform a physical exam where you may be required to move or perform simple tasks which will enable us to determine your physical capabilities and limitations. Based on our assessment a treatment plan is designed specifically to address your needs.

In general ,treatments include education about your condition, biomechanics, pain management ,movement/exercise, dry needling  ,soft tissue release and joint mobilization. Also the use of electrotherapy devices may be used such as laser, TENZ , ultrasound and Shockwave.

Most conditions that require physiotherapy interventions improve with movement. Your commitment to doing your prescribed exercises between follow-up appointments will accelerate your recovery.
